Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration (page 1657) on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                          
141(RLS) am An Act relating to permits to carry concealed                      
handguns; and relating to the possession of firearms be taken up at            
this time.  Senator Duncan objected.                                           
                                                                               
Senator Halford called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.
